Kelgai Ann is a dahlia introduced in 2004 by Don and Molly Kelly. Kelgai Ann is a water-lily type dahlia with pale pink and cream petals that are upward facing. This was our 2nd season growing her at our farm. It is a beautiful bloom and is highly sought after as it resembles a peony flower.
