Dahlia Tuber Information and Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in our dahlia tubers! We have quite the collection and love sharing the varieties we enjoy growing here at the farm with you all.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive one again once it is shipped, we ship starting the end of March. We ship to southern zones first and all shipping is weather dependent. We grow in Illinois so our weather can be balmy one day and freezing the next, we will do our best to get all orders out in a timely manner!

We value your business and if you are not completely satisfied with your dahlia tubers or cuttings you can request a refund within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to selling only our highest level product and take pride in the care and sale of our dahlia tubers. We guarantee that each tuber will arrive with at least one visible eye and a healthy tuber body and that cuttings will arrive with visable root growth. We also guarentee each named tuber will be true to ID. Please inspect your tubers and cuttings upon arrival and reach out with
any questions or concerns. Please include a photograph with your email and send to sweetesflowers@gmail.com.

Cancellations: Once an order is placed it is final. We will not accept cancellations or changes to an order once it is placed. Dahlia tubers are a perishable product, if upon inspection prior to shipping we determine the quality of the tuber is not to our standard we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund or to offer a comparable substitution. Both of which you will be notified and asked your preference for a refund or a replacement.
